TMC Tea Mixology — در این دسته، شرکت کنندگان در مهارت تهیه و سرو مخلوط های مبتنی بر چای با هم رقابت می کنند. استاد شرکت کننده در این رده باید مهارت تهیه نوشیدنی های مبتنی بر چای را با تهیه و ارائه به هر یک از اعضای هیئت داوری دو نوشیدنی نشان دهد: ترکیب سازمان دهندگان، نوشیدنی تهیه شده با استفاده از چای، مطابق با شرایط تعیین شده توسط سازمان دهنده و با استفاده از اجزای مورد نیاز ارائه شده توسط سازمان دهنده؛ مستر میکس، نوشیدنی است که طبق دستور خود استاد بدون هیچ محدودیتی تهیه می شود، مشروط بر اینکه نوشیدنی و تهیه آن این قوانین و مقررات یا سایر قوانین تحمیل شده توسط برگزارکنندگان مسابقه را نقض نکند.

A Master competing in this category must demonstrate the skill of preparing multi-ingredient tea-based beverages by preparing and presenting to each member of the judging panel two beverages: Organizers’ Mix, beverage prepared using a tea, in accordance with the conditions established by the organizer and using the required components, provided by the Organizer; The Master’s Mix, a beverage prepared according to the Master’s own recipe without any restrictions, provided that the beverage and its preparation do not violate these Rules and Regulations or any other rules imposed by the competition organizers.
