“جفت‌سازی چای”

TMC Tea Pairing — در این رده، شرکت کنندگان در مهارت ایجاد ترکیبات خوراکی بر اساس چای به رقابت می پردازند. استادی که در این رده مسابقه می‌دهد باید مهارت جفت کردن چای (ترکیبی متشکل از چای و یک میان وعده سبک) را با ارائه به هر یک از اعضای هیئت داوری در مجموع دو ترکیب نشان دهد: “ترکیب سازمان‌دهندگان”، متشکل از چای و یک میان وعده سبک و احتمالاً شامل سایر اجزای اجباری که توسط برگزارکنندگان مسابقه مشخص شده است. “ترکیب استاد”، متشکل از چای و یک میان وعده سبک، که توسط استاد از هر ماده ای تهیه شده است (ممکن است شامل موادی باشد که توسط خود استاد آورده شده است).

A Master competing in this category must demonstrate the skill of tea pairing (a composition consisting of tea and a light snack) by presenting to each member of the judging panel a total of two compositions: “The Organizers’ Composition”, consisting of tea and a light snack and possibly including other mandatory components specified by the competition organizers; “The Master’s Composition”, consisting of tea and a light snack, prepared by the Master from any ingredients (may include ingredients brought by the Master him- or herself).Category rules
