“اماده سازی چای”

تهیه چای — در این دسته، شرکت کنندگان در مهارت تهیه و سرو چای خالص به رقابت می پردازند. استادی که در این رده مسابقه می دهد باید مهارت آماده سازی چای را با دم کردن و ارائه به هر یک از اعضای هیئت داوران در مجموع دو نوشیدنی نشان دهد: چای سازمان دهندگان، نوشیدنی تهیه شده از یک نمونه چای انتخاب شده از مجموعه ثابتی از نمونه ها. یکسان برای همه شرکت کنندگان، که توسط برگزارکنندگان مسابقه قبل از شروع مسابقه فاش شده است. چای استاد، نوشیدنی تهیه شده از هر چای انتخاب شده توسط استاد یا احتمالاً از مجموعه نمونه های چای ارائه شده توسط برگزارکنندگان مسابقه.

 

 

 

Tea Preparation — in this category, participants compete in the skill of preparing and serving pure tea. A Master competing in this category must demonstrate the skill of tea preparation by brewing and presenting to each member of the judging panel a total of two beverages: The Organizers’ Tea, a beverage prepared from a single tea sample chosen from a fixed set of samples, the same for all competitors, revealed by the competition organizers prior to the start of the competition; The Master’s Tea, a beverage prepared from any tea chosen by the Master or possibly from the set of tea samples provided by the competition organizers.
